No These tablets don’t work as phone.
In their FAQ they mention that Professional series models (WS704C and WS802C currently can be used for voice call.Please clear WS802C can be used for call through GSM sim.
Secondly whether it has secondary Camera means dual camera front and Rear both) or not for video call
on skype and Viber ?

There is doubt that WS802C tablet have only one front camera.
Please clear what is correct and does it have both Front+Rear cameras as shown in specification for video call on skype and viber. Thanks & Regards
